[GSMITHBOOK] They were married for a decade but it seems J.Lo and her music husband, Sony Records, has come to the end of their marriage. But it’s all velvet, nice and smooth and sweet and amicable. No bad blood, no blood spilling, no tell all, and most of all, no divorce lawyers. According to reports from Associated Press:
A new album called “Love?” was due to be released by the label this spring. But in a statement released Tuesday night, Lopez said: “At this point, I have fulfilled all my contractual obligations to Sony/Epic (and) we have come to an amicable decision.”
Very nice. As we noted in our post on velvet divorces, there’s no need to be anything but civil when ending a marriage that no longer works.
