LONDON: A solicitor, Andrew Grove sues his own law firm, Andrew Grove & Co for bad divorce advice

LONDON: I was perusing  John Bolch’s blog, Family Lore, and came upon this story of UK solicitor, Andrew Grove who is suing his firm in which he is a partner, “Andrew Grove and Co.” for bad divorce advice. I am still confused as to how that works. This guy is a named partner in the firm and he’s suing himself for bad divorce advice? Then he should be brought up on malpractice charges and possibly disbarred! If he can’t even give his own self good advice, who can trust him for chrissakes? Or maybe I don’t understand the story? Is he really a banker? Check it out for yourself here and here. What do you make of it?
