oops. Link does not work. What up Associated Press?! Well, it’s my fault for waiting so long to link to it. This has been sitting in my drafts forever….rats. Well, I think the article clearly said that folks need to be concerned about their pot use, even if for medical reason if child custody is an issue. Obviously, everyone wants you to feel better and if you need the pot, you need the pot. But the kids can’t be exposed to that stuff till they themselves need the pot. For that reason, yes, Virginia, you could lose custody of your kids if you have a pot dependency, even if it is medically prescribed…but didn’t we already discuss this issue months back in a similar post?
How many times must we repeat ourselves? LAY OFF THE POT.
