Divorce Porn: Have we become a nation of voyeurs who enjoy watching and listening to other people's divorce stories?

I’ve noticed this term “divorce porn” popping up all over the blogosphere recently and so I thought I’d throw it up on the board. Has divorce become a spectator sport? Do other people’s divorces bring out our voyeuristic tendencies? And is this a good thing or a bad thing? And can it help your own marriage to remain stronger when you watch other people’s marriages go up in smoke? One report I read today pointed out that the marriage rate has dropped just as more people get into divorce porn habit. Hme…I dunno what to say about this one. Check out Familylore.co.uk and lawprofessor’sblog. They may have more insights into this. I hear the word porn and I start looking for a panic room.¬† It’s like, get me out of here. Stat.
