Attorney turns in client who made terror threats against judge in custody dispute

An Indiana man is in big trouble and was unable to post $400K bail to be released while his case is pending, following some terroristic threats he made against the presiding judge and the court house where his child custody dispute was being heard. He basically and allegedly threatened to blow everything up, including the judge if the didn’t have his way and get custody of the child and his lawyer squealed on him. ¬†
Clearly it would not be in the best interest of the child to be with this person.
Very brave of the lawyer to disclose this threat. Of course, attorney/client privilege is out the door when criminal activity or plans to commit criminal activity are disclosed to a lawyer. Still, very brave of her to tell. Wouldn’t you say? Read more at www.familylore.co.uk.
