Divorce advice for women
In this section, we offer women getting divorced our best advice that we can muster for the particular issues raised. Divorced women do have specific issues and questions that are different from divorced men and so the divorce advice for women will necessarily be different from divorce advice for men. Women are, for example, more likely to receive alimony than pay alimony. They are also more likely to “win” custody of the children and are more likely to be awarded occupancy of the marital residence.
Give divorce advice to women is definitely a very involved and often complicated undertaking. We would like to stress that though we stand by our advice and our posts, readers should retain a divorce lawyer and divorce professionals to assis them with their individual cases.
